About Safarine Tours
Safarine Tours Kanchanaburi is a travel agency, registered with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (T.A.T.) licence no. 14/03149. The Agency undertakes to provide the best service, for discovering and enjoying Thailand, as well as other destinations of South-East Asia. It is understood that circumstances beyond the control of the company, may at times, require changes or cancellation of the trip. Under such circumstances, our company shall not be responsible for any expense incurred by reason of delay, dangers incidental to weather, sickness, government restrictions, strikes, wars, thefts, accidents, or any other cause beyond our control. In all cases, the Agency shall always provide alternatives, or refund if necessary, but cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control. Prices are quoted in Thai Baht and / or Euros. In no case may the Agency be held responsible for loss and / or damages of personal effects, for which we recommend suitable insurance. Booking a Tour or an accommodation with us, means accepting these General Conditions, which are applicable to all our services.
Before Departure
The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary official documents for the travel (passport, visa, vaccination certificate, etc). For certain countries, the visa requirements will vary depending on the traveller's nationality. All Clients must have a passport valid for more than 6 months. Safarine Tours Kanchanaburi is not responsible for any error or omission on the Client's side, regarding the need or not of a visa, or any travel document, its application and cost.
Safety
The Agency highly recommends you to take a travel insurance that covers repatriation and medical costs during the trip. The Agency declines any responsibility in case the Client does not respect the safety measures, instructions and recommendations of its staff, or in case of an accident resulting from unsuitable or defective personal safety equipment, property of the Client.
Deposit and Payments
For any pre-booked service requiring a confirmation, the Agency requires a non-refundable deposit that will be fixed upon confirmation. The deposit must be paid at least 15 days prior to departure. Payments must be settled before departure of the booked service. Payments can be done through bank transfers, or in cash, in Thai Baht or Euros upon availability. Any difference due to currency conversion will be charged to the Client.
Tour Confirmation
Bookings must be confirmed by the client at least 48 hours prior to the departure. If the Agency doesn't hear back from the Client within this time frame, the Agency will consider the booking as cancelled, and proceed to re-sell the confirmed places or equipment. The deposit will be retained by the Agency.
Cancellation by the Client
In case the Client cancels a service, the Agency retains the right to withhold the deposit amount as administrative fees. All other fees paid in advance will be refunded to the Client, subject to the conditions outlined in Section IX.
Cancellation by the Agency
In case a service is cancelled by the Agency, for any reason, the Client will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
Rescheduling
The Agency understands that plans may change. In case of rescheduling, the same deposit policy applies: if the Client requests a date change, the original deposit will be retained, and a new deposit may be required for the rescheduled date, subject to availability.
Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Agency's control (including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, or extreme weather), the Agency reserves the right to modify or cancel tours. In such cases, the Agency will offer alternative arrangements or provide a full refund of amounts paid, but shall not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by the Client.
Refund
In case of cancellation by the Client, and if all conditions for a refund are met, the refund will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation notice. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.
Client Consent
By booking any service with Safarine Tours Kanchanaburi, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these General Terms and Cancellation Policy.
