    Day 1

    Market, Waterfalls, and First Trek

    Your adventure begins aboard a local truck. After a stop at the Mae Malai market to buy fresh produce, you'll take a swim break at the Mok Fah waterfall. After a local lunch at Baan Pang Lun, you will enter Huay Nam Dung National Park for a 2-hour trek to the Karen village of Baan Mae Jok, where you will spend the night.

    Day 2

    Deep Trek and Elephant Encounter

    After breakfast, the trek intensifies. You will walk for 3.5 to 4 hours in the heart of the jungle, under the protective shade of giant trees, to the village of Bann Pang Khao Laam. After lunch, the day's true highlight awaits: a respectful, ethical encounter with elephants. You won't just watch; you'll participate. Roll up your sleeves to prepare their nutritional meal, feel the gentle tickle of their trunks as you feed them by hand, and then share in the pure joy of their river bath—a moment of unforgettable connection. In the evening, a friendly dinner will await you before a second night with our Karen hosts.

    Day 3

    Bamboo Raft and Tribal Encounters

    After waking up to the sounds of nature, a short walk will take you to the river. Get ready for an exhilarating 2.5-hour bamboo raft descent on the Taeng River, navigating through the rapids. A stop will allow us to discover the way of life of the Lahu tribe in the village of Bann Pong Ngan. The river adventure will end at the Shan village of Bann Sob Kai for a final traditional lunch, before heading back to Chiang Mai, leaving you tired in body but completely recharged in spirit.
