The Tradition and Culture tour takes you to the Doi Inthanon mountain to meet the Karen, people who have evolved while maintaining their traditions. You will visit a school and an innovative royal project, rice fields and plantations. Two days to appreciate the nature of Northern Thailand in all its splendor.

Wat Chedi Luang is beautiful in the morning sun. The temple houses several relics of highly respected monks, this temple was built in the early fifteenth century. It was damaged by the great earthquake in the sixteenth century. The remains, the lower two-thirds, are 60 m high and 44 m wide. The temple is very impressive!
Several tunnels, which gave their name to the temple, lead to very small pray areas. It is a very peaceful temple and not very touristic place. As you walk through it, there are various proverbs, written in English and Thai, on plates attached to the trees. Some of them are funny: « The rabid dog hates water, the sex mad man hates Dhama ».
Lunch.
Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep, this famous temple is located at 1000 meters altitude on Mount Doi Suthep. A magnificent panoramic view is offered on the city of Chiang Mai.
In these villages, silk weaving, parasols, tableware, ceramics, antique reproductions and jewelery are practiced. The tour is private, you will be able to adapt your visits to your desires.

Wachirathan flows down a granite escarpment on the way up to the summit of Doi Inthanon, the highest mountain in Thailand. Although segmented, this fall have a cumulative height of 80 m. It's one of several waterfalls in the area.
Visit of the King and the Queen Jedi. The jedi were built by the Thai Royal Air Force (in 1987 and 1992).
The jedi darker Phra Mahathat Jedi Nophamethanidol is for the king and the light blue or lilac Phra Mahathat Jedi Noppholbhumsiri is for the queen.

Doi Inthanon (ดอยอินทนนท์) is the highest mountain in Thailand.
Little trek about 15 to 20 minutes in the nature.
The Karens of Thailand are renowned for their great commitment to the preservation of the environment, perfectly illustrated by the many rituals aimed at living harmoniously with the ''God of the Earth and Water''. This sacredness of nature is also materialized by the use of an eco-friendly system of agricultural rotation and the preservation of large trees. It is also the only hill tribe people to build elaborate terraces for growing rice during the rainy season.
The Hmongs is one of the most iconic tribes in northern Thailand. Fleeing the political turmoil and violence of the Qing Dynasty in their native China, the Hmongs began a long migration in the 18th century, which will lead them to first in Vietnam, then in Thailand.
